Why am I so full is the diet working?

So in the couple of weeks I've dramatically changed my diet, and started exercising more. Sadly I figured that I cannot run in the morning because of the weather where I live, (above 100 degrees) So I've started swimming for a couple of hours, and doing sit ups, donkey kicks, lunges, and more sit-ups without using my arms, I started out doing 50 sets of each, and everyday I add 25. Today I will do 100. This is what my diet is like, today i had 2 sandwiches, 1 hot dog, (not the one with calories in them, just ketchup mayo and mustard) Oh and I had a peach, I try to drink lots of water and orange juice. Hi, well first of all let me say I am 21 years old and female. I have a huge complex with my nose and it's not something that just got to me now. You see ever since I was younger I never really like my nose. My face is small and for some reason I feel like my nose is not right. So the bridge is ok but my nose tip is very pointy and the lenght of the tip seems to be larger than it should be. Kinda makes me look nosey. I've also noticed that my nose is tilted a bit to one side and when I look at my nostrils, One of my nostrils has a bump on the nasal septum wall and the other one doesn't. I find it quite odd and I'm guessing that's why my nose is tilted a bit. I would like to fix it someday in the future and reduce the tip too but I'm a bit scared to go under the knife one day and get punished because of my vanity or stupid complex. I'm just really uncomfortable with my nose and I always try to use make up to create illusion of a smaller tip and lenght but it's hard. Is it wrong for me wanting to look a certain way? I have a lot of time to think about it but at the same time I just wanna stop obsessing over my nose and take the risk. Can anyone tell me if they had any experience with rhinoplasty. K I'll try to keep it short. About a year and a half ago, me and 3 friends in my class in uni did a documentary about a local donkey charity for a class project. I had been up there previously a few times, volunteering and that kind of thing. We said that we'd give them a copy as soon as we could. I am passionate about the cause and animal welfare in general, and also want to start volunteering there again for the donkeys and myself, but I'm worried that they will have thought that we just took advantage of them now cos it taken so long to get back about it all. im almost 36 weeks with my second i had pre-eclampsia with my first, first started getting signs around 32 weeks my blood pressure was slowly rising at each appointment then i got swelling and severe headaches i was kept in hospital at 38 weeks to get my blood pressure down. i had a hospital appointment with my consultant to check my risks of getting it again, my blood presure has been fine all through this pregnancy as have been urine tests so they said my risk of pre-eclampsia is very low and eveyrithng seems fine. as i didnt start getting the main signs until later on is there still a chance i will get it later on or would i have started to show signs by now?

Is it okay to add formula to milk for a toddler?

Hi! My daughter is now two...around 18 months of age, she was taking horrendously long naps and was in a very low percentile for weight. She had always been an exceptional and gluttonous eater but suddenly got very picky around 14 months. She was switched to whole cow's milk at about a year so that wasn't an issue. Around 18 months, I started to add formula powder into her large straw cup of milk (without water) to give her more calories/protein/nutrition. Immediately, her naps shortened to a more normal time frame and her weight and height began to increase. She's doing great, according to her pediatrician, but it crossed my mind today that perhaps the formula/milk-sans-water combo might be too much on her kidneys? She doesn't eat a lot of protein ...it seems she's more apt to eat fruits, grains and veggies so I don't know if the milk/formula combo is ok or still too much. She gets her milk/formula with meals only and I give her water or watered down juice throughout the day. Anyone have any idea if there's a health risk with this?

So I was thinking about asking for the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D and Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword for Christmas this year. Ok, so this is probably going to sound kind of stupid, but I have a dating problem. I'm seventeen, and I have never had a boyfriend. However, recently I have been getting to know a new guy at school, and I like him a lot. A few days ago, I found out that he likes me too.
