There is a fake rumor going on about me !?

ok so 2 days ago i was in science & im doing a project in science so everyone got put into groups, but i get put into a group with this guy i HATE & tells lies about everyone. At one point i was just sitting doing nothing, but i have really sharp teeth and ended up cutting my tongue and then i touched my tongue to check if it was bleeding or not & then all of a sudden i hear EWWWW DANICA JUST PICKED HER NOSE AND ATE IT !!! the boy i hated screamed that infront of the whole class, and it was obviously a lie because i would never do that, its just plain disgusting. then everyone starting saying thats gross and pointing at me. and to make it worse my 3 ex bestfriends texted everybody in the school saying i picked my nose and ate it. WHEN I OBVIOUSLY DIDNT. now everyone keeps making fun of me and thinks im a tramp. what can i do :( ?
