I'm 14, and 5'6 male,and weigh around 128 pounds, Im hoping to grow to 6ft by the time I'm 16-18, I've heard that basketball and stretching gets you taller so I do half an hour of each daily and get 8-10 hours sleep, I currently eat 2500 calories daily which is a balanced diet but I heard someone when someone is going through puberty if they eat loads they get really tall,but I dot want to risk it though in case I get fat, please can dimwit give me some adivce of how much I should be eating to grow?
