How grosses would u b?????....if?

K so this guy likes me n to everyone its very obvious....but....right now I have like three cold sores on my lips n so I think ...ewwww who would wanna b around me. I dont wanna b around him if I look like this . And yt he stills try to b around me n hug n talk n everything , . N to him n others it seems like im avoiding cuz I don't like him... Im embarasssed to b around him! I.mean ,wouldn't you guys b grossed out by cold sores on the lips!
