Why were (presumably) Christians giving me thumbs down for quoting the Bible?

A question was asked asking for good bible quotes for a mission trip, and I simply provided him with a quote from the Bible. Shouldn't every part of the bible be good? What's wrong with this quote? Why do Christians not like it when I bring it up? "There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses." - Ezekiel 23:20.
