I have been molested by my own cousin!?

My cousin who is a married guy, i see him as my uncle! I was at the party and our family and my cousins, we were sitting at the same table and my cousin came and sat right next to me. holy crap! you woulnd't wanna imagine what happened next. At the time when everyone was concentrating on dinner being served to the tables, my **** cousin puts hands on my lap! (i know ewwww!) and i was like inshock and confused at the same time not having an idea on what the ******* is goin on, so i just jumped out of my chair as soon as i realized that he didnt touch my lap with an accident ( he put his hands on my lap) and ran out! No one really noticed what happened cauz everyone was into dinner and his wife was having dinner at the same table so i didn't want to get myself into any *****embaracement so i just left to the washroom. What should i have done? Should i have had reported it to my family??? But my family would never believe me!?
