About Libya, when is a war not a war? Perhaps because some inept politician says it isn't?

Using that logic, I can claim with equal credibility that a donkey is really a whale. Or that an ant is really a giraffe. Or that American citizens have a federal government which respects the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
